The only solenoid I see in the repair manual is the system bypass solenoid. I unplugged it and the code did not change. If I have the right one I am thinking it must a wire shorted out. Does anyone know if this is the right solenoid and what ohm reading the coil should have? Thanks.

If unplugging the system bypass solenoid didn't change the code, it might not be the issue. Double-check the solenoid you’re looking at to make sure it's the right one. The coil’s ohm reading usually ranges from 10-20 ohms, but you should verify with your manual.
