I have Bobcat 753 BOSS model During work of 1-2 hours everything is normal But then a heat engine starts to rise what could be the reason? The temperature sensor is OK Without thermosetting and free flow of water Inside the radiator you see water passing through, that means a proper water pump. radiator after cleaning I can not find the root cause Can anyone advise?

If it was anything major, you'd think it would overheat well before an hour. Flow through the radiator at operating temperature indicates that the thermostat is open, the water pump is pumping, and the radiator has some flow.
It kind of sounds like there might be insufficient flow through the radiator to remove all the heat. Make sure that you have the correct coolant ratio and if possible, take several readings with an infared thermometer to see if there are any hot spots, or cold spots in the radiator. Sometimes mineral scale will plug up some of the cores which basically reduces the size of the radiator. Taking IR readings will also tell if the gauge is giving erroneous readings.
Of course the first thing to check is if the coolant is brown / rusty or just looks bad, then drain and flush forwards and backwards a few times until it runs clear.

I also put a mechanical thermometer in the engine and it shows the same thing as a watch panel
I'm afraid it's something to do with a hydraulic oil ridator because it does not understand why it takes a long time until the heat starts to rise and then it does not go down even after a break of half an hour it immediately returns to climb upwards in 5 minutes

What temperatures are you seeing? Are you getting any warning codes? Heat from the oil cooler will the engine coolant temperature some, without knowing the actual temperature readings it is difficult to determine if normal.
so what i need to do or check?
