I recently bought a 2010 T320 CTL. The AC compressor has a 6 " pigtail with an electrical connector on it. But I can't find any plug on the wiring harness that connects to it. Can anybody help me find the location of that connector? I traced the wire from the AC toggle switch in the cab to a connector that is unused underneath the cab. It has 12V on it when the toggle is on, but it doesn't work for the compressor. Thanks, Doug

Are the AC guts still under the seat? Sounds like someone needed parts.

I installed a relay controlled by a switch in the cab to manually feed 12V to the compressor clutch. With that on, the AC works great. R-134A has been checked and pressures are perfect for the ambient temperature. The only problem is I have to control the clutch by switch. It won't cycle on low/high pressure or on thermostat setting. If I could plug the compressor in to the normal plug, it would all work automatically. I just can't find that plug.

The unused plug you found under the cab connects to another harness that runs under the seat to the thermostat and to the psi high/low switch then to the compressor.
