I would look in the phone book for you're area and get some schedual 40 black pipe, say 10' of it, Cost for that stuff is cheap and it is STRONG. the 10' gives you a few extra feet to play with . ask them ahead of time if they have any pipeing that it slips in to. say 3.5" buy some 1/2 round bar and some 1/4 or 3/8" by 2" strapping and cut it to lenghts of 2" and 3" and one 4", use that as stand offs for the 1/2 rod (rebar will work too) weld the 4" one in the center then space two hunks cut to 3" on each side about 20" appart. follow up wiht the 2" on each side and bend the last bit of 1/2" down so it can be welded to the pipe near the ends. Make up a few LOOPS or HOOPS for the end and you aer ready to make up the bracktry to attach the pipe to the FEL.
