What brand are the R4 tires you purchased? Dealer said Kubota did not offer, so I presume yours were aftermarket since you purchased through the dealer. I am having difficulty locating a manufacturer with the right size.

As far as I know the only way you could get R4 tires onto a SubCUT tractor is to use the R4 sizes that Deere puts on the 2210. The problem is that the front rim size on the BX is different from the 2210. The rear rim size is the same on 2210 and the BX. You cannot just swap a 2210 front rim onto a BX because the 2210 uses a 5 bolt pattern and the BX uses a 4 bolt pattern. You could however get a pair of front rims from a Massey Ferguson 2300 series tractor - the front rims are the same size as the Deere - and they have the 4 bolt pattern of the BX.

there is more to tire rims than just the bolt pattern. You also need to consider the off set of the rim in relationship to the mounting disk. Just because you can bolt it up, doesn't mean that it is correct for the geometry of the tractor.
