I paid 650$ for the LandPride (pictured above) in a package deal with the TC24. at the time I didn't have time to do reasearch to see if it was a good deal. however for being "lightduty" it is a solid unit.

Did you notice the price for the KK box blade and tiller both went up in price $100 each at TSC this week. Must be the price of steel ? /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif
Jinma, Foton, TYM, Belarus, Yanmar, Branson, Montana, Mahindra and maybe some green and orange too.
I bought my 84" box blade at an auction about 10 years ago, but it looks like a heavier version of the Hiniker blade you posted. It uses the same annoying clips. What size was the Hiniker you pictured? I'm wondering if mine is just a older model, larger version, of what you have pictured? It weighs about 910 pounds if I recall correctly. My 5030 handles it well, but the smaller 870 JD I had when I bought it really struggled with it. /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif
Bob, you've done an excellent job with this thread, and I think it's a nice public service to familiarize people with the different types and brands.

Dargo . . . I would have to guess, but I'd say the Hiniker blade I photographed was probably a 72".
KiotiJohn . . . If you can post some photos of your Midwest/Kioti blade that might be an interesting comparision. You & I both use the same size blade on our tractors, but we own different versions. I honestly don't know if they are constructed differently or if it is simply a matter of steel thickness that makes up for the difference in weight between the 2 different series of blades as I never saw one of the 15 series blades in person I am guessing the design is the same? But the weights are different by something close to 90 pounds if I recall the specs, so obviously there is some difference.
Bob, I didn't see anything on KK, so here's the one I've got. It works OK, but after seeing some of the better brands, I can see I'm going to do a few mods, mainly just cuz I can. First thing is to modift the lower links to the captive type.
The side plate, I'm thinking about cutting the bottom edge at more of an angle. This is a 6' blade. I bought it at Tuff S%@( Charlies when I got my first TC35. I've got mixed feelings on this thing. I think it weighs around 500-540#
