Box Blade rack

Hi all,

Has anyone ever made a rack for storing thier implements?

My idea is for a shelf that will sit in my garage, a couple feet off the ground. The box blade will sit on top of the shelf, and there will be room underneath the shelf for my rear mower.

I have been contemplating something like this as well but outside. I have a 72" Rear Rake and a 72" Rear blade. Box Blade is on the list as well. Any design drawings yet?

The 4X8 wearhouse adjustable shelfing should work.

My design so far is PT 2x4 legs 24" tall at all 4 corners, with a 24" 2x6 connecting two legs at each end. I'll have 2 2x4's that fly over the 2x6's and are connected with brackets or hurricane hangars or some such thing. I figure the whole thing will be about 27 1/2" tall, 24" deep and 52" wide (I only have a 48" box blade).

I plan to build tomorrow, I'll post some pics when I get it done (if I get it done).
