Drawn box blades are much, much better at not being affected by the tractors uneven movement than 3-point mounted blades, if your tractor can pull one.

My tractor came with a box so I have used it almost exclusively on my driveway but generally I am just spreading gravel not just smoothing dirt. My neighbor has a rollover blade which he prefers but I find that for some reason the box works better for me. Before I got my own tractor though I spent a lot of time dragging one at my hunting club so I guess maybe I was used to it, or I've just been lucky. I tried it in draft and it worked ok but I prefer to control the lift myself. Usually my neighbor ends up letting me do his driveway also and in return he bush hogs so it works out. He is much more adventurous with the bush hog than I am. Anyway, overszd is right; it just takes time and practice and some people just never get it. I don't know how I ended up lucky with it.
