Hey all- I used my box scape down here in Virginia's clay soil sometimes with scarifies, and without. It works great with sloping terrain and spreading gravel. I transplanted moss by accumulating it with the scrape, then turning around and using the bucket, then I put it where I wanted it (nature trail) turned the top link way down and spread it quite well. I also used my TS box scrape to clear paths through the woods. Turned the top link up for a good bite, drove over smaller trees with a low front loader bucket and lowered the scape to "pluck" it out-worked wonderfully! I love mine.

I live in west central indiana and have a one year old Kubota BX 2350. I'm buying a BB to work the soil around our new house - scratch up the hard stuff, level the loose stuff and generally prepare for grass seeding either this fall or early spring. Also plan to use it for other places around our 7 acres to move and level soil in low spots. Of course, I also plan to use it on our stone driveway.

I've been told by folks around here that a BB is one of the single more useful attachments to own right after the FEL.

Just MHO.
