It should be a chart at the front of the manual that has the bolt sizes and coressponding torque value.

I found the rear pto torque specs which are 29 to 32 foot pounds.

I did find the torque specs for bolt size, but I cannot find the bolt size for the mid pto assembly.

May just have to go off the actual bolt if the size isn't listed.

I'm not sure what the bolt size is.
These are the torque specs I am seeing for the transmission part of the manual.

If I use my rethreader to measure the bolt, it fits into the M10 nut so according to the shop manual, it would need torqued to about 39 to 44 foot pounds. I just don't want to strip it out considering how I stripped out the oil drain plug already. As you can tell I am gun shy now.

Do you see a chart that just shows pictures of bolts and list the torque based on size, typically if it's not listed by location they are torqued based on the standard size chart.

Just to be clear you're talking about the threaded portion being 10mm, not the bolt head? Does it look equivalent to a 3/8" dia.?

I'm still thinking the fluid might have been changed in yours prior to getting it and the drain plug threads were damaged already. The unpainted filter in to your first pictures make me curious.

Here is part of page 1. Hard to understand for me though. The bolt has a 7 on it, but I see aluminum and the casing of the mid pto is aluminum, so would it be 32 foot pounds then?

Yup that should be 29-32 ftlbs, I would use N-m if your torque wrench has it or check the lbft conversion, had more then one improperly converted spec before.
Although that spec sounds right for that size bolt.

The material it's threaded into is what you base the chart on so it's still aluminum.
