On my Yanmar the 3pt lever has a stop so I can set it to any
height that I want I just need to remember what number it is.

With my local dealers close to me it's either going to be a Kubota or TYM ( Brandson)
There is a LS dealer but they are an hour from me.
Massey Ferguson is about 30 minutes from me but they are as much as Kubota
New Holland is at the same dealership as Massy but they dont make a tractor in my class.
Kioti is fairly close but I think I would rather TYM Brandson.

I have a Kubota dealer 7 miles away. My nearest TYM dealer is 40 miles away. I bought my T574 from a dealer 80 miles away.

Kubota makes a fine tractor, but like JD, they believe their own hype too much. If I could have got an equivalent Kubota for +/- $1-2k, I probably would have gone local for convenience. The problem is that the difference is 25-30% more when you add features on Kubota that come standard on others.

If money and support was no object, I would buy Yanmar before Kubota or JD.

Try out the 5520 and the T574. They share an engine and overall size. Price should be within a couple of k. Each has pros and cons. Best value tractors out there right now.

My rule of thumb is always buy from the closest dealer. Don't care what the brand is because at some point you will need that dealer and dealers, being independent businessmen don't offer top tier service to people who don't make their initial purchase from them. Learned that a long time ago.

The little bit you might save can be lost if your local dealers tells you to fock off and that happens all too frequently. When you go to the back of the line, the dealer don't care but you will.

All my tractors (I have more than one), all wear the same Kubota dealers sticker. because of what I do (farm), when I need dealer intervention, I need it NOW, not tomorrow or next week. Now.
