Let's not get to touchy on this subject. Seems like some are gettin' steamed up over this. I am not angry with NH or anybody for anything. Had I been paying attention, this would have never happen. I was simply posting my experiance with you all in hopes of preventing this from happening to anyone else. I understand that NH's engineers cant cover all possible attachments or situations. I engineer fire protection systems for a living and miss things all the time. All I was getting at is, if the center link did contact the glass, maybe one option would be that NH could have the window open more or less to avoid contact with the link. They could see how far the link would rise no matter how it was adjusted.
If it turns out to be the sprayer that hit, case closed. NH did their job and did it well. I hope that it does turn out to be the attachment that hit.
They have re-ordered my new window. FedEX dropped the first one and broke it. haha That's my luck! The new, new one should be here this week. Dealer hopes to get it from the Dublin, GA plant. It's only about 2 hrs from here.
All in all it's a great machine! I should be enjoying it for years to come. Thank you all for your reply's. It's what makes this forum as great as it is. I could have a master's degree in tractor knowledge from reading through all that TBN's members have posted. hahaha
Frenchie,
Sounds like you have a good plan figured there. Not havin' to change imp's would be sweet! It also took me about an hour to clean up the glass. I havn't got around to taking the seat off, but there isn't much left under there. I vaccumed it up pretty good. Oh yeah, mine is a hydro. I almost forgot to answer that. haha Thanks again to everybody!
