My float on my bucket doesn't work. The tractor did get flipped on it's back and the hydraulic oil was changed. Any ideas?
Fel lever does not stay in float position. The lever suffered no damage in the rollover but I like the idea of checking the end cap thanks.Give us more info...does the FEL lever move into the float position and stay there? If the FEL is raised and you put it in float, what happens?
Can somebody explain float to me? Does the B seies have this feature? If its what I think it is it would be pretty handy,![]()
just curious...is the joystick supposed to "remain" raised in the float position...my bucket seems to float fine...but...after the joystick is moved to the float position and the bucket settles the joystick returns to the center (nominal) position...
my question is...do most joysticks remain (raised) in the float position? or (as mine seems to do) returns to the canter even though the bucket stays in float mode?
My 3130 also floats if you hit the joystick hard right. It might not be float but it gives it a controlled dump. It curls the bucket down with precision. I found that one by accident. Anyone else try this with a different model Kubota?
Yes it's the same on my BX23 and it is aggravating to have it designed that way. No-one has yet explained why the precision/power part of the loader dump is at the end of the throw instead of the beginning. The regen part of the dump is at the beginning of the throw and makes it dump faster. Would it not make more sense to put it at the end to make it dump faster if you push it all the way? It also plays havoc when plumbing accessories to the loader dump circuit. My 3130 also floats if you hit the joystick hard right. It might not be float but it gives it a controlled dump.
