Here is a link to Gates website on their hose sleeve.

Thanks.
I did a search for retailers on the Goodyear website and 3 autoparts stores nearby are Gates sellers.
Might have to order it but i can give them a call for pricing.

There are other companies that make it. I think NAPA can get the gates hose sleeve.

Just ordered all the hoses and fittings from Surplus Center tonight.
Hopefully I didn't miss anything.
I even ordered extra fittings and couplers for spare parts.
Prices seemed very reasonable at Surplus Center.

Made some progress and have the grapple functioning.
I still have some fittings coming so I can change the angle or routing of the hydraulic lines slightly.
JIC 45's and JIC 90's for the hose ends.
Inside the wheel well I will use the 45's to redirect the hoses behind the heavy frame for the ROPS and it should protect from any snags.
Anyway here are some pics.
Tapping into the power beyond ports and installing the pipe plug.

Adding the new lines to the remote SCV
And installing the grapple then bleeding the air out.

My extra fittings arrived yesterday but i was busy smoking ribs and making homemade chicken noodle soup.
Took a few minutes this morning and rerouted the hoses behind the ROPS support farther away from the tire.
I used two 45' deg. JIC fittings and was able to change the angle of the hoses.
1/4" hoses might have gone in better but I wanted to keep with 3/8".

I was going to put a JIC X NPTM X JIC (tee) connector on one set of the rear couplers.
From that set of couplers run lines to the front set of couplers.

I made the bracket for the second set of rear remotes.
Just waiting for my order from Surplus Center with the hoses I need.

Ok looks nice lots of work involved there!

What are the fittings called that you used to mount the couplers to your new brackets. I need a couple of those for my grapple connectors and I didn't know what to get. Did you get them from Surplus Supply also?

I bought all the fittings from Surplus Center.
Look under the hydraulics tab for fittings, couplers and adapters.
Here are a few pictures of what I used.
If you have more questions please ask.

There are quick couplers that use a retaining ring to hold the coupler 1/2 in the bracket.
These are the OEM on my John Deere. I believe they are a Pioneer Coupler.

The 3/8 quick couplers from S C allow you to push or pull the outer sleeve to release the male and female halves

Ok so you just used NPT to hose fittings and then used oversized washers to take up the space on the threaded area?
