Build Your Own 3 Point Carry All

/ Build Your Own 3 Point Carry All #21
Hi all
This is my very modest and simple solution to carry a few things back and forth. Built little more than a month ago.
Served it's purpose perfectly and extended the usefulness of the tractor as is.
While keeping the rototiller assembled on my "new" (to me) Satoh ST1510D.

Cost - Dirty cheap, beside some screws, glue and a few nails. All the rest is "free".
Time - About 2,5h. Took me some time to find, gather and hand cut the elements. Everything are left over from other projects.
Dimensions - Adjusted according to materials gathered.
Tools - Only power tool used, electric screw driver. Handsaw and a hammer. That's it.

Built literally on the ground and over some stones. In that location the term "off grid" is 100% absolute. ;-)
Cheers all

Also served as a "ladder" to pick those cherries and a lot more. :)

Mine is similar to crpt2008....wood box on pallet type base. I mounted a hunk of 8" PVC pipe in the corner for shovels/etc. Also mounted a pc of black tarp I keep rolled up with couple strings so if I get caught out in a rain shower, I can roll it down over the lift to keep the tools from getting soaked.

Well I ran out of screws and still need two hinges and a bolt latch and two rear posts to finish the rear tailgate, i built mine so it comes off the metal carry-all so I can still use it for other things the one I kinda copied is attached to the carry-all. I will add some pvc piping for shovel and rake holders and I will also be adding a few other items for other tools.
My total cost is 149.00 dollars plus 2 hinges a latch and a new box of screws.

I have to admit i built this carry all about 2 yrs ago with 2x3x3/14 steel tube, locust boards i cut and stainless bolts. It sat outside unused for the whole time. 3 weeks ago i put it on for the first time and man idk if i see my self taking this off for very long. Its like a flat bed pickup with a lift gate. Absolutely wonderfull for moving around firewood and garbage cans.

I did weld on a 2in reciever this weekend. But if i was to do it all over again i would prob make it about 12in shorter. Weight that far away from the hitch dosnt do well.

It holds so much wood my little b8200 cant lift it.

I built this about 15 years ago. Comes in handy for many jobs, from mucking stalls, and carrying to the compost pile, to hauling hay, firewood, dirt, stone, etc, etc.. At the other place, was handy when gathering rocks out of the field, and pasture. Then back up to a wash below the pond outlet, and dump.
