bear. you will be ok with one tank. I'm running 3 pumps (25gpm) with a 25 gallon tank that has 4 pails of iso 32 oil and when we are running it hard the oil only goes to 120 degrees

ya I know,I took them with my Black berry.I'll try to get better ones .I had if fired up last night.Goes though wood pretty fast.Still need to fine tune the saw cylinder for the down stroke.The pressure reducing valve is very fussy.Either to much down force or not enough.More tinkering today:thumbsup:

Would someone be able to let me know what kind of white valve is on Glastrons processor? i am looking at the white valve that sort of looks like a shutoff valve, i may be completely wrong but any help would be definately appreciated.

I am in the planning stages of a processor. Plans are as follows
Perkins 80HP diesel
Double pump. 15Gpm for Ram and 30GPM for saw,
Used Parker F11-019 motor for saw
5"Bore ram cylinder

Just not aware of the white valve on glastrons processor, any help is appreciated.

Chulzebosch.. the white valve is used to shut the saw motor off when it is stowed. we just dump the oil to tank when stowed and when we start to lower the saw the valve start the saw . It came from a telephone pole digger truck, it is used to stop the auger when it is placed in the stowed position. It is a Cross hydraulics VS2 unit which has been modified with a spring and adjustable bolt added on the end. You want an open center three way manual spool valve with a sequence valve. Sequence valves allow a function to happen, then allow flow to another function. In other words, you move the spool valve to clamp. The ram than runs the clamp runs down, the sequence valve then allows flow to a pressure switch, turning on the motor. Then you move tyne lever the opposite way, and the process reverses.

You should draw out your components as a schematic so you can begin puzzling out the fittings you'll need.
