Ok now that I have cleared some land this is where my garage will go.

Now its time for Tractor and FEL work and a little grading of the fill......

Next step after grading a little more will be the putting up the batter boards and digging the footers. Then we will compact the fill.

Next step our plans call for two rows of #5 rebar in the footers. Then on a last minute decision made room for a bathroom and dug out fill for drains and added all the pipes needed before concrete was poured....

Next day, time for concrete, truck #1 arrives right on time...

Truck #1 is done unloading and Truck #2 is on the way. I'm impressed with Walter and his concrete guys on how fast they work the mud.
