If the forecast holds I should be good. No rain showing for the next 14 days. As long as we get some sun it should dry out.

Great news on the forecast. Use the time granted!

Yeah, looks like mostly sunshine. Throw in a little breeze and it'll eventually dry up for you. It's been so dry that the ground will suck up it's share of that moisture without evaporation.

Had to break through a little ice but was able to get the water out. Had just enough pipe left to extend the drain so I can finish up the dam. Also on a side note covid finally got me. Ironically the same thing that gave me time to start this project may be what gives me time to finish it up while I'm in quarantine.

Sorry to hear you got Covid. In the end I think most of us will. Hope you get thru it with minimal interference. Take advantage of the quarantine!!!!! :)

Surprised it hasn't happened sooner. Symptoms only lasted 2 days. Body aches and cold chills. Felt great on day 3 but have lost all smell and taste. I'm really missing those senses but does make eating healthier easier when it all tastes the same.

Good to hear... sounds like a mild case. BTW... (and maybe too personal to ask) but curious as to your blood type? My wife believes that Type A folks tend to get COVID symptoms worse than others.

Type O negative. Mine was pretty mild. Joint aches were pretty bad on day one but by day two I was on the mend. The smell loss was strange. Could tell something was happening as my nose felt really clean, almost like I was in a pool house too long and breathed in too much chlorine. Started in the morning on day 3 and smell was 100% gone by the end of the day.

Glad you getting better!
I had a distant relative die from CV this week.
I’m type A so it worries me.
