gutters = first thing. and routing them to a drainage pipe.
bring the dirt back in around the building, so dirt slopes away from the building.
consider installing a "French drain" ya dig a trench, put a pipe down that has holes in it, and most likely comes with a filter sock on it, and then ya put some gravel over it, and then put some dirt on top of that. there to many websites out there for me to repeat actual french drain install, that denote things much better than i could in a single post. french drain piping you can buy the holed pipe with sock already installed at all major hardware stores (menards, lowes, homedepot) most of the times it is a corrugated pipe. though they also sell sch40 or thin wall for septic fields, which more likely cost more than the corrugated pipe (black in color majority of the times)
