Rotary Cutter Bush hog made by International World Agritech Co.??

Hmmm...not to hijack this thread....but I have a situation on that top link that has me wondering too. I hooked up my new KK rotarty cutter to my Harbor Freight Quick Hitch, which left me with a remaining top link supplied by KK. Is this supposed to be used for something...or just an excess part for me? I "assumed" it was excess...but most times I "Assume".......(you know the rest of the story).

The below photos show the link with my cutter and the second photo shows tractor hooked to my box blade...similar to the way I was hooked to my cutter.
Note the beautiful paint supplied by KK. ;)

Since no one else responded. I think in the first picture the 'c' shaped piece is attached to the top link and allows the mower back to articulate up without putting pressure on the top link - the welded piece( which bolts where you apparently are attaching your top link) keeps it from floating down when you lift it or go over a rise. Often I back up a hill or rise and the mower moves /rotates up without binding the top link against the tractor. - Does this make sense? I have this on my world ag 7 ft.

Actually, here is their web site. Not much to it.
They have the parts you need for your International equipment.
No great deals as far as I can tell.

Slippy,
Sorry I did not get back to you. I was on a long raid. We got one, one ran away, and two weren't there.

Well, they don't produce much equipment, mostly supply parts at wholesale/manufacturer level, they are not a retail business really. They do some sub contracting manufacturing for Woods I think. Like you said, the good thing is that they can provide parts for IWA items.

IWA made lots of stuff, I have four implements including a real nice hook/plow thing. Quality will vary due to the character of the old IWA owner. He would buy bulk parts from here or there so the component from China would break and the same component made in the USA would not, depends when your item was built.

My son bought a used 6' brush hog made by this company thinking it was by International Harvester. Do you have a phone number where I can speak with someone about blades and bolts? Thank you

There is a post by a member named "new2MFfrank" in a thread titled "Pictures of you on your tractor" in the Owning/Operating forum. Looks like he just purchased one of these new, he may be able to give you some info if you were to PM him.

Well, no offense sir. But their contact information has been listed several times throughout this thread. Try this: http://www.tractorbynet.com/forums/...g-made-international-world-2.html#post1591320 or this About Us

Thanks Greg,
I hadn't taken the time to read through the thread. I was pretty sad going into this thing because all of the local tractor people were telling me that my son had bought a lemon and I had the feeling the company was gone and so were our chances of finding parts. I called them and they are terrific!! We will have new blades and bolts soon and will commence cutting the world one field at a time!!

International Technologies has been purchased by Hawkline who is owned by Carry-on trailers. They are manufacturing new cutters and implements identical to the older Internationals.
