Rotary Cutter Bush Hog SQ48

I recently purchased a Bush Hog SQ48. Based on the serial number it is one of the early iterations. The stump jumper is completely busted and I am having no luck finding one. The original Bush Hog part number is 63826 (formed pan).

I have been able to find the following:

Diameter - 24.7"
Center Hole - 1.568"
Distance between blade bolt hole centers - 15.49"
Blade bolt hole diameter - .937"

The center hole has no splines and it appears that the pan is attached to the blade carrier bar via the blade bolts.

I would greatly appreciate any ideas/suggestions for finding one of these, or a suitable replacement.
