I did, also!!
Last Monday I ordered a 1540 with 1525 loaded, skid steer quick attach bucket w/ toothbar, ag tires and 1575 backhoe w/ 16" bucket. I am going to order some wheel weights instead of filled tires. Big thank you to everyone that posted feedback advice. My only disappointment is not being able to add a rear hydraulic remote without it looking jerry-rigged.

I did. It got here 6/29. Like it so far. Never thought I'd buy MF, Kubota had me hooked. Amazing what money and a test drive will do. 1533 w/1525 loader.

I agree with CDsdad, after I test drove a Massey I knew that was going to be my next tractor. I think many people don't think of MF because the company does not have a powerful marketing campaign like the other manufactures do.

Yeah. Explain that for the both of us. And while you're at it, try to name a brand (or even a model) that has 100% of it's parts made in any one country.

I'm considering buying one, a 2310. But I'm also considering a Mahindra 2015. Either one would have FEL/hoe & some type of mower. Tell me why not to buy the Mahindra. the Massey does have a price edge, mostly because of the pricier Mahindra hoe (Bradco). I've got 12 acres much of it steep, which may get some partial brush hogging, and I maintain about 2 acres of level with creek banks & the likes. It will mostly be an expensive retirement toy

Why did I buy a 2310? (Still waiting to take delivery, as our new house isn't finished yet, so I can't say anything about using it. Rats....) It was Can$1000 cheaper than a BX23. I originally was only wanting a lawn tractor with snow blade. Then I realized a tiller would be needed, so up to garden tractor I went. Then I discovered CUT's. Wow! A Swiss army knife of machinery, capable of almost anything. Suddenly I realise a loader will be invaluable for getting my farmland into a homesite. The kicker was the BH. Never in a million years did I ever think I could buy a BH or would even need one, thinking only in terms of big construction TLB's. The more I thought of what I needed to do, the more I talked myself into "needing" a BH ;) Sure a 2300 would have fit the bill, but boy am I looking forward to all the work I'll be able to do myself.

Why MF? Good local dealer, nice ergonomics, just felt comfortable sitting and trying it out. Iseki who makes it for MF is a good and reliable name in Japanese subCUT's. Besides, I like supporting the underdog. John Deere's are nice, but MF is focusing on agriculture, not construction. This city boy turning country likes that :)

UNDERDOG??????????????????

Massey is the #1 selling tractor brand in all the world. Maybe not the "trendy" name like Deere, but definately not an underdog. Ya done good!
