Buying a 4300 with Loader-Price Check?

I have a local dealer that has a JD 4300 4WD (New) that he quoted to sell for $15,580 (tax, etc included). It has 12/12 shuttle trans, loader, big optional bar tires, and folding ROPS.

It is an old model (last year), but it seems like a good deal. Comments??

I may be trading in a MF 1140 and maybe my old MF 35 but I don't have the deal on the tradeins yet. I've had the MF35 for 25 years and will probably keep it.

I researched the JD 4300 JD 4310 and Kubota L3010, and the dealer sells and has all products in stock. I really liked the JD over the Kubota. The 4310 seemed an unproven tech-jump in the transmission, etc. plus a higher price. Top dealer in the area and has a great reputation.

I would appreciate any comments.

Jim, www.midlawns.com is selling this same tractor for
$14,460 with out the loader. I would say your getting a
good deal.I bought a 4310 and paid much more.....but I love
the e-hydro,load match,motion match,etc.....If you buy this
4300 you won't ever start that MF35 again? I had a MF165
and the hyd system was very poor even after rebuilding the
hyd pump,Multi-Power went out,poor brakes,perkins engine
had good power but drank oil.The hydralics on the JD4300
will amaze you.Good luck
