BX1850 or BX2350 for slopes

The BX Scuts are some of the most stable tractors to use on slopes (w/ the FEL & BH removed if equipped). Their low center of gravity coupled with their wide wheel base make them more stable than most large lawn & garden tractors.

I just was approved by Kubota financing for a new BX1500 with a 48'' MMM.
The BX1500 will replace the CC GT 2554 that I have been mowing some slopes with.
Do you think the BX1500 will be as stable as the CC is on those areas?

I would love to have a BX1500 but not to use as an expensive lawn mower.

I ran onto a deal on a BX1500 that changed my mind about this.
Got a price from my local Kubota dealer on a new
BX1850 with a 48'' mmm for $8900.
Found another deal on a new
BX1500 with a 48'' mmm for $7650.
Could pass it up so I bought the BX1500.

I agree. However if 4wd is a requirement, the only other option I see is going to a Deere X585 and for the money I would rather have the 3pt hitch for the snowblower (and any other toys he might have) that comes with the bota.

The dealer said that my current Kubota blower (BL2660 - 60 inch) would probably work fine on the BX2350 - a little heavy, but it'll work.

Personally, if I was going to use a 60 inch blower, I'd want the additional HP of the BX2350 over the BX1850 (about 50% more at the PTO). The BX1850 is probably better suited for a 48" blower than a 60" blower (unless you never get deep snow). Just MHO.
