The metal can is the fuel pump. The 2nd fuel filter is under the hood next to the engine.

No, the 2nd fuel filter was in the engine compartment, and it is the exact same part as the 1st one in the rear.
But there is no power going to it. How would this pump anything?

Hard to believe but it is the fuel pump. See attached.

This is your problem the fuel pump is not running. I had the same thing happen to me, the wires got pulled out when a stick hit them and wound the wires around the transmission cooling fan shaft. When you turn the key on you should hear a clicking noise, that is the fuel pump, that metal can. Fix it and your loss of power will be gone.

Hey, that is a very nice diagram in your PDF. Is that part of your website? The parts there look much easier to identify than the parts diagram used by Coleman Equipment (who I've been using).
Where *is* the power wire for the fuel pump???
