holiday greetings to all!
im talking my wife into a bx2200 heres the prices in indpls indiana i was quoted today any comments appreciated.
bx2200D with turf tires,60"belly mower,fel,and a woods back blade 60" mdl RB60 cash price $12,400 plus 620$ tax. $13020.00 total decided to add the sunshade and block heater should add about $425 more. are the carver equip prices worth the troubl of signing a sheet of secrecy ?

Sounds to me as if you got a pretty good price. I paid about the same in NW Ohio for everything you were quoted less the blade! The block heater is about $40...no idea bout the shade, and I'd like to see what you get & how much you paid for it, so take a pic of it will ya??? /w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif

As far as Carver goes, he has very good pricing, but after you add shipping into the mix, I doubt that it'd be worth not supporting a local dealer. You never know though, it wouldn't hurt to sign and see.

BTW, you're gonna love that machine....

Would you care to tell where you got this deal as I live in Kokomo and have been looking at these units and plan on buying one if we are able to sell our house. (we plan on building on 3 acres in this area)

It sounds like a VERY good price to me.
Returning the e-mail to carver is not a problem, it just adds time to the deal. If you can't check your e-mail very often, it's kind of frustrating to find out that instead of having the prices you requested, you have to send yet another e-mail to get them.

edwards equipment in danville. easy to find take us 36 ( rockville rd ) west til it goes to 2 lanes just east of danville. turn right going back east and it will be on your right a few blocks up. or you can take a short cut, going west on 36 while its still 4 lanes turn right at the ritters frozen custard place. dont recall the street name but theres a stop light there. as soon as it curves back west it becomes old us 36 or main street. just go west it will be just past the natl gaurd armory on your left. doug edwards is the guy who helped me. very knowledgeable. good luck. tell him mike rogier sent you, maybe ill get a free hat .hahaha
