Try wrapping a chain around it and fastening the end to the drawbar on your 3PT hitch. Then lift the hitch up, putting significant amount of weight on the hitch, and drag it away. This is how I move very large rocks.
As Jerry and others have said this may be expecting too much. That concrete likely is much heavier than you think and too much for a BX too drag.. I had to have a new set of 3 concrete steps poured for my back house door as the prior set was not done right. The concrete guy doing the work commented that his large kioti backhoe FEL tractor may have trouble removing the old concrete steps to the back of our tree line. Theses conrete block of steps looked about the same as your concrete chunk. When I have time I plan on breaking it up with a sledge hammer ans slowly disposing of it.
