Looking for approx. pricing on this tractor with loader and backhoe. I price it on Kubota site and MSRP is around $20600 roughly. I called a local dealer who has a few on the lot and he says $23000 do most pay MORE than MSRP for tractors?

Go back to the pricing tool and try again. Are you buying without a QA loader bucket? No bucket on the backhoe? Etc.. you need to add your accessories in order to determine the actual MSRP. Find out exactly how your dealers tractors are optioned , then shop around if needed....

The MSRP for a BX23S is $21,764 with the 12” backhoe bucket, and loader with SSQA. No other options. From what I’m seeing locally, dealers are asking full price for units they don’t even have or know when they’ll be getting them. I suspect the $23,000 units have backhoe thumbs, outrigger pads, bolt on wear edges, etc.

If you plan on anything other than backhoe work with a BX23s the three point hitch kit is a must buy. Kubota TLB's do not ship with 3 point linkage as standard equipment.

The OP cannot draw any valid pricing comparisons until he knows exactly how the tractors on his dealer's lot are configured and optioned. (additional BH thumb? Lights? etc. etc.)

I got my BX23s last year, thumb, 3 pt hitch, 54" mower, back blade, bucket blade for $23,000ish

Print a copy of your online quote and take that to the dealer to get a explanation of his quoted price.
