Grading BX25 workhorse

My Kubota dealer felt that the 54 inch was too big and that I should go with the 48" land pride. Has both in stock. But wants $678 seems pretty high priced. Really wish I could find a used one. Is that a fair price?

Looks like great work! I got a long way to go if I wanna yard like that!

What model box blade?

I've had the King Kutter xb box blade since 2006 on my bx. I would recommend it. Mine has worked great. Graded my hillside for 100 tons of boulder walls, grades ATV trails through the woods and many more projects around my property. No problems with contact on my bx2350

Back the tractor up on some 4x4s and see if the boxblade will touch the ground with the 3PH all the way down.

BB0548. Said that the 54 would not be as effective

My dealer recommended the BB1554 as it was the heavier duty version of the BB0554 but they were backordered so I just took the BB0554 to go with my BX25. I'm very happy with mine and I would not consider going any smaller. I've had no issues pulling a full box of material. I"ve used the box to breakup hard rocky ground with no problem so I'm not sure why your dealer is pushing you toward the 4 foot model!

The wider box covers the tire tracks effectively and if you install the tire spacers at some point I think you'll be glad you went with the wider box.

I have a rear blade for my BX and can't really do crap with it, except use it for snow removal. I just back drag with my end loader and that works best for me.

I spotted a major problem with your new shop, you built it in the wrong place, it would look much better at my place. It looks very nice!
