Here is a perfect example for all you advertisers. All it takes is one dissatisfied customer to kill sales of a product for years. There could be a thousand satisfied customers, but it does not matter, all it takes is ONE. If you "nip it in the bud" and don't let that customer become a dissatisfied customer in the first place, you would be well to do so, even if you have to refund money, take calls, do what ever it takes to solve this problem.
