:cool2:
I finally upgraded this year. After 8 yr's of snow in the face, frozen hands, and looking like a giant snow cone, I have a Cab. Open Stations SUCK!! for snow removal work at all. I even took a coffee with me to snow blow... A Hot Coffee, can you imagine!!

Nothin like fresh, hot brew while you're slavin away out there in the cold.I like mine really fresh so I bring along the coffee maker....and the space heater....and the radio from the garage...life is tough :cool2:

I guess I'll be the odd man out. My tractor is a convertible. Open air in the spring, summer and fall, cab in the winter. Of course, the cab doesn't have heat, but it does keep me dry and out of the wind during the snow season. Once the weather turns warm enough, I remove it for better range of motion (it's very narrow and I bang my elbows on the sides), better view, more clearance in the woods, and easier mounting and dismounting from the tractor.

Not any better or worse than anything else. It's just how I bought it.

Joe

We got 3 inches of snow today and we started to get light rain so I went out and spent a couple hours cleaning up the mess ( have a large area ) in a nice warm and dry cab . Wanted to get it cleaned up as it will all freeze tonight .

I DREAM of a cab! My next tractor will have one, maybe when they kids are out of college though (youngest is 5......months).

Until then, I get by with my electric heated jacket liner, and heated gloves, from Warm N Safe. With this combo, I'm never cold on the tractor. I have yet to be able to turn the controller all the way up before I start sweating.

I was teetering between a cabbed b3030 and my B2620 before I ended up with the 2620. For the difference in price, I ended up with a cab.

The cab was on a convertible sports car, but it's still technically a cab.

I'll deal the the 15-20 times in the cold gladly if it means 6 months of top down commuting the rest of the year.

I've been thinking about a cab for a while now and this thread has pushed me over the edge.
The search has now begun for a Kubota with a cab.

Cab here and won't go back to a platform!

As sad as it is to admit, I have spent a REALLY lot of time reading this forum over the last handful of years. (I have a lot of spare time at work :D), and I can't say I remember more than one or two people saying that they'd go back to an open platform, and those were for very specific purposes.

I can't imagine how nice it would be :drink:

Could have really used a cab this morning on my B2920 Kubota plowing snow out in the rain. We got about 4" of a snow/sleet mixture with rain on top of it. I had to plow this morning while it was raining so my wife could go to work. The canopy only kept a little of it off and at 33 degrees, it was not a warm rain. The snow pushed extremely hard with all the water running out of it.
