can anyone tell me how to fix a kubota tire?

I used a kubota today and switched off with another operator we loaded some tree branches into the fork bucket and he drove to put it in the burn pile a tree limb on the ground knocked off the tire valve and the tire started leaking the fluid i don't have the valve as i lost it but will get another one can someone tell me is there any other fluid to put in it so i can use the tractor tomorrow?

You're replacing the valve stem? If you need to use it tomorrow, don't see why you can't use it with a new stem and airing the tire without replacing any tire liquid for now.

A 50/50 anti freeze mix will do the trick.

If you ripped the valve stem off, you are down until you get a tire stem. You will have to break down the tractor tire and replace the stem. I have a tool that will replace a tire stem from the outside. What it does is to compress the stem bottom enough to insert it in the rim, but I am here and you are there.

In Oregon I think you could just use water. I can almost go thru the winter in Virginia without draining mine. The convenience otherwise is great.

When I busted off the valvestem I parked it with the valve up so it would not leak. Took the wheel off and took it to the tire shop. $25 got it fixed and topped up for the little fluid that leaked.

If this is a rear tire of any size, do as Will said. It is worth the price not to deal with a large loaded tire. They can weight hundres of pounds. They will fize it on the tractor and fill if you have a water source (well they do here).

THIS IS THE WAY TO DO IT. What a time and money saver, and anybody can do it.

This is What the MAC TOOLS flier says about it...

a - Insert T handle between rim and valve stem
b - Turn T handle 1/4 turn to hook valve stem and pull out
c - Thread new valve stem on end of plunger rod
d - With insertion cone positioned over stem hole, push the plunger rod/valve stem completely through the insertion cone
e - pull back to seat the valve stem
