Can you identify this Implement

Can anyone identify what it is and the brand? The fellow I bought it from thought it was a Ford Brand and he used it to renovate pastures and drag fields down after plowing? A cylinder can be used to raise and lower it on corners or maybe a ratchet jack. I don't know if it shows in the picture, however, on the bottom side, there are many U shaped pieces bolted on with 1 bolt so they can pivot. Looks almost like 3 or 4 inch channel iron. These slice the ground as it glides over it. The top is designed so that rocks could be put in and held until you could get to a offload place. It is a factory built unit. I know what it can and has been used for, I would like to nail down the technical name and brand? Ken Sweet

The consensus on the YT forum is that this is called a "Soil Surgeon" used for leveling out a plowed field that had a lot of top growth before plowing. slices, cuts and seals off the field to promote the breakdown of turned organic material faster. Still not 100% sure about the brand? Ken Sweet

I may sell it to a new owner and let him fab up 6 slicers from chanel iron and keep the price lower. Ken Sweet
