Bill, You are the lucky winner. It is a hay rake dolly for New Holland side delivery Hay Rakes. It makes hooking up and turning corners much easier, in addition it is easy to maneuver when parking. A picture below shows one mounted on a Hay Rake. Bill, are you sure, you are not a farmer
