finally got this one home a somewhat torn down. reverse idler gear neelde bearings went out and former owner kept running it til it dropped.

Tracks are not good either, one bottom roller is shot, front wheel kinda loose and may just be loose nuts on shaft.
The gas tank is rotted out and part of the seat and battery box unit. Thinking about cutting all of the tank out and weld angles to hold sides together and try to find a small plastic tank to fit in there. If I can find a 10 gallon one that will fit in there that would be great.
Anyway that is one of the current projects in the works.

That's a nice little machine. Bet it is really handy in the woods! Glad you are fixing her up!

Ya,--always wanted a small crawler loader and this one came up so I bought it knowing it needed a LOT of work.
I have a IH 250-c series 3 crawler but it costs a bunch to move it from job to job, and really too big for most of what I do. I have slidloaders but some jobs are hard on tires, so needed something on tracks!
meet MOOSE! --- all 60,000 pounds of him! 573 turbo v-8, power shift, power steering, and 4in 1 Drott bucket.
