Case 310g rescue

Is it all fresh diesel, or are you still burning off some old diesel fuel ?

Is coolant temperature coming up OK ? Enough heat matters to all diesels, but I'd expect an older one to run a little "thick" when running (too) cold.

With diesels, I'm used to batteries in parallel, but that's with more modern engines.

Do the batteries have 3 cells each, or 6 ?

With you on the dual controls..... I like having that on my 3930 - set base rpm by hand, then blip as need with foot

Old fuel, although mostly gone, flushed and stabilized now. Temps were great at idle for over an hour, cooling cleaned and flushed. Doing another oil change today and will grease and run it a bit

It may clean up a bit, just with the new fresh diesel.

You might be there already (you sound familiar w. Seafoam), but if your stabilizer only does that, then a dose of injector cleaner might be timely.... that hozer sat "a while" :)

Your initiative in rolling the dice certainly paid off..... with only taking care of deferred maintenance, you've ended up with a fully functioning ready-to-work machine
