case dc4 locked up

just got the '47 dc4
parked it and set one brake since it was on a slope
now it won't go into neutral, won't go fwd or back, like the gears are stuck
brake is not set
belt drive does not turn, it won't go into pto mode either
very cold here but otherwise no reason why it should not move or shift

Have you checked the tranny for water in the oil.
