3-Point Hitch Case-IH 895 three point hitch only lifts half way

Hello, new member here. I bought a Case-IH 895 used with 4000 hours. All other hydraulic functions are normal. Lift arms only raise half way. Rate of lift is normal. Capacity of lift is normal. Any help appreciated. Thanks.

To the forum High Road. We are glad that you joined.

For the position control lever to work normally, the draft lever must be all the way forward/down. Hope this helps.

Check hydraulic oil level first, if you have not already.
