Well, darn it, their kit fit my excavator like a glove. Another group I contacted, 403 Forbidden but I bet you contacted them also. I think they sold individual parts.
KubotaToy,
I'll check out their components. Thanks. I bought the Cat for it's dealer network and made in America. I was blindsided to find out my E70 is a gray market excavator. I can't find a service manual for it or Mitsubishi MS070-2 excavators. I do have a Mitsubishi parts manual and an engine parts manual. I did find a Caterpillar E70B service manual that I paid a fortune for. Close, but mine is manual control linkages and the E70B is pilot controlled.

I looked at a local E70 before I bought my LB, it was in great shape but gray market scared me away. But Cat should have any part you need. Your should be able to find a service manual based on the serial number, try cattechmauals.com.

No data plate. The serial number on the paperwork when I bought it has a Cat serial number and doesn't fit my machine. The serial number I thought I bought has pilot controls. My Cat has manual linkages to each valve. But it is a strong, clean, machine. Caterpillar has most of the parts. Some parts have to go aftermarket.

If my memory is correct, the E70 had two serial number prefixes 3BG and 3CG, that should get you 90% of all the items that require serial number to look up. My LinkBelt was missing the SN plate also, but hey stamp the number on the frame plate right below the boom cylinders.

Don't worry about the voltage, you probably have 2 - 12v batterys in series so just grab power (don't forget to fuse it) from one of the battery as if it was a standalone, if need be throw a relay on a keyed wire.

KubotaToy,
I have checked out all number prefixes with my CAT parts person. All the 3BG prefixes have pilot controls. I even went to Mustang CAT in Houston and talked to their senior Tech Rep. There is no reference to a 3CG, I have found, except online in a Baldwin filter cross reference post. I even stripped the paint under where the data plate was. Nothing stamped there. I'm not worried about most of the parts. Cat cross references over from my Mitsubishi parts manual. Except the hydraulic system being hit and miss. It's the Service manual that I want. I'm a mechanic and do it all myself if I just have the right service manual.

That is is a common misconception. Doing that will drain one battery down and it won't ever get charged full again. I have heard that can ruin a battery. Only way to do it is to have the same drain on both batteries every time you hit the diverter switch. Both CAT batteries cost $375. Not worth it to save a few dollars now. Besides, if my CAT needs a jump.........I would have to pull both batteries out of my Cummins (they are parallel) and put them into the CAT. Not worth all that effort except in an emergency. So I wanna do it right from the start.

Also, I went by Motion Industries (Conroe branch) and they emailed their fluid engineer. I am waiting to hear back from him.

Bailey has one that has 2 separate ratings. 14GPM at 3045psi. But the unit is rated as high as 5000psi and that would probably get you your 17.2 GPM at the 4000 psi. But then you have to fool around with the coil.

Trausch has a 24GPM valve and 24 volt is available, but is only rated at 3625psi. That's not to say that it can't go higher? Just what it's rated at.

I studied the Bailey valve's spec out. Seems to use it up to 5,000 psi, you need a drain off of the valve. I gather the drain just goes back to the tank. Is this correct? If so, that is okay because the valve will sit right next to the tank. Just gotta figure how to connect to the pressureized tank.

I heard back, this afternoon, from Motion Industries' Account Rep/Fluid Power Specialist. He recommended this valve............https://www.motionindustries.com/productDetail.jsp?sku=00382745.
I am still a little vague on the subplate. He recommended a subplate with #8 SAE ports. I replied asking if they have a subplate with BSPP ports. BSPP is British pipe. It like our pipe threads, but parallel and not tapered. It isn't metric, like most folks think.
Thanks for all the help and replies.
