CBD Oil for arthritis

/ CBD Oil for arthritis #31
Well after reading the start of this thread I spent the $25 to buy a bottle of CBD oil grown and made locally.
It tastes terrible ! But I took the recommended 3 drops twice a day for two weeks. For me it seemed to do absolutely nothing beneficial so I quit taking it. I do believe it might be beneficial for many other folks.
CBD oil

What was the concentration level of the oil you used? 1500 mg for a 1 oz bottle does work for me. Helps me sleep better at night and provides some joint relief.

My 85 yo MIL was taking 200 mg CBD oil and it did nothing. I told her to get a high concentration but don't think she ever did.

This product?

Yep...that's it. We just bought some at our local store....it was under $30....this site seems a little high. As I said....the stuff works great for me. Good luck.

I use 'high octane' (2500 mg) CBD on my knees and shoulder and it works good for me.

CBD distillate or isolate which is what all of these companies make their products from are purified forms of hemp extract. Honestly I think they're basically snake oil they do absolutely nothing by themselves. To really get any kind of arthritis symptom reduction you need to do what I did for my father which is a pure cannabis extract (full spectrum) that we turned into a tincture and came up with a dosing scheme. Essentially taking one drop from an eye dropper dosed 2mg thc and 10mg cbd. Two drops of this twice a day kept him from getting a buzz but literally killed 50 to 75% of his rheumatoid arthritis pain he also suffers from osteoarthritis. Every now and then he might take a drop extra or maybe a bigger drop but sometimes three drops will get him a very slight buzz.

I don't think you will notice anything from any sort of CBD distillate or CBD extracted concentrates. I operate medical caregiver operation. I have yet to hear of anyone actually have any sort of non placebo effect from CBD. It does work quite well with THC especially full spectrum where you get the entourage effect of the other cannabinoids. But THC is illegal in quite a few states so it's not necessarily easy to have access to.

I'm not interested in the high from cannabis but want some of the same benefits without THC.

CBD vs THC
CBD and THC have many of the same medical benefits. They can provide relief from several of the same conditions. However, CBD doesn’t cause the euphoric effects that occur with THC. Some people may prefer to use CBD because of the lack of this side effect.

You want micro dosing of thc. Typically 4-5 mg in conjunction with other cannabinoids and terpenes keeps you from feeling buzzed but dulls the pain significantly. At least with my father it does. Pure cbd by itself is just snake oil. I've eaten grams (3000mg+) of it before in one sitting and never felt a thing. The stuff you buy in cbd shops didn't do anything to help arthritis or rheumatoid pain until mixed with low doses of other cannabinoids.

You can also ingest high levels of pure cannabis oil with THCa and experience significant medical ailment alleviation. Since it has not been decarboxylated (breaking the acetate bond) you won't feel any buzz or affect the endocannabinoid system

My framer showed me a photo of a weed plant he was growing. I asked if he was a smoker. Nope, he said he mixes it with rubbing alcohol and rubs it on the sore spots.

Swears by it.
