CDC lifts mask restrictions for those fully vaccinated

"Fully vaccinated people can resume activities without wearing a mask or physically distancing, except where required by federal, state, local, tribal, or territorial laws, rules, and regulations, including local business and workplace guidance."

This applies to indoors as well as outdoors.

I think that it means they are trying to open the country back up again.

My take is they think folks who are vaccinated are not put at risk by idiots who claim to be vaccinated but are not. And they are trying to open the country back up.
