It would float, but you'll need alot of water.Strat, I've been working with cedar almost every day since last summer....I just don't think mine will float
There's 300+ 6x6x8' Eastern Red cedar logs it is so far.
You have built something really great. Did you saw the cdr?Its very similar to something I have in mind for a room addition.Ill use pine , I don't have that amount of cdr on my land.

What's the latest on this canoe? I'd imagine by now you have pictures of your little helper holding a fish while sitting in the canoe out on the lake.

Sorry i havent been on much. I had to put the canoe on the back burner for a while. I am just now getting back into it. I have my epoxy and fiberglass ready to go. I just need a few days to free up so i can apply it. I will add a picture from last night. It shows how the wood should look when the epoxy is on. I wet the hull to look for glue spots. So far I live the colors that i see.
