Think i have a buyer for the willies a pro welder friend of mine wants a project hes talking hot rod

The upright one has been there since the early 60s the other one was hauled in more recent i think the previous owner was going to restore is why ambitious project for sure

More yard art i have 7 total plus a 70s winnebago had a full size school bus
I bet i have a pulp truck load of steel piled up now and not even half done tryck axles,campers,oil drums skidder chains etc etc and i havent even put a dent inside the barns good grief

yes it is I cleaned it up and it's in great shape I was offered a grand for it but it belonged to a friend who was the former owners father and it has sentimental value here's more pics

Not for certain but your mixer may be a mortar mixer.

I was also thinking mortar mixer..or stucco plaster mixer..If so, no good for concrete. It is also possibly a large batch processor for direct pouring concrete from above grade into a trough chute to a concrete foundation form below grade.. or into a curbing form.
