Chain Harrow?

I clean mine out the hard way. Stop, back up a little, shut off the tractor, grab hold of a back corner and flip it over, then pull the "stuff" out. Flip it back and away you go.

I'm liking the sound of a lift more and more...and the CFO has authorized a tractor purchase, if I can make up my mind about which toy (...err... tool) I need
