My guess would be that there is a person there. Hiding behind the fridge.
On the chainsaw, I would use it. May rethink the duct tape part, but it's really no different than any other pole saw.

I dont think i want to be the one sitting in that tractor seat, if cutting up high and the tape tears. I can see that saw doing a backflip right into the operator.

I want to know how you fill it with gas. On mine you have to turn it sideways to open the filler.

He will only have to gas it up once. As far as the throttle, just have his wife/son/hired hand sit in the bucket with a long stick....
