Changing pressure washer

I need to change washer indicated yellow but can't remove blue because of obstruction of long nut coupling. Red

Do the long nut couplings screw out while keeping top 90° coupling on because the coupling green obstructs red.
Red long nut has locking nut between top and 90° coupling , so if I loosen it and screw it to leave as much thread as possible. Will the long nut screw out of block.
This will make more sense to those who have worked on one.

Looks to me like if you remove the hose from blue and red, rotate red a little bit, that should allow you to unscrew blue.

That is a thing that only you there with it can do. It was put in so it will come out if that helps your feelings. Since there are no instructions
