Hmmmmm...My router won't connect to the mobley anymore....problem started 4 days or so ago, and now I see others with the exact same problem. I can connect direct to the mobley and have internet, which is what I've been doing. Since we are all experiencing the same problems....what is going on?

My problem is different. Can't see or connect to my Mobley. Router network is fine. Just tethered my phone to the router and have internet through that.

That seems like a possible reason. My Mobley is at VM6200V1.0.1 for firmware, which is a version referenced online since at least 3/2017, so mine doesn't seem to have had an update. I have had no issues with router connection but also have not power cycled or disconnected for a while.

No issues for me with my Asus Router. If I was you I would power everything down and bring it back up. Make sure you have a link light on the USB port of the router. If not, disconnect the USB cable and reconnect.

Done all that. I looked at logs, modem wont connect. I can manually try to reconnect it, but it drops out.

What version is your Mobley firmware at?

I can't access my firmware version other than what is on the label. Reads VM6200MD_C.

Have restarted Mobley and router several times with no change. My problem started a couple of days back when the unit became untaped from the window and speed slowed way down. I restarted and taped it back up and it went right back to 15 Mbps. This morning it was dead and I found the tape had given up the ghost again. I cleaned the window and taped it back up and restarted everything but the Mobley is dead. It didn't fall or get damaged because the wires caught it. It was just hanging down from where I get max signal. I get a green LED on it when I power it up but it never gets a signal or can be seen in my network connection options.

Had this happen last year during a hurricane and it came back in a day or so. I can't remember if I tried to log into the wifi manager then. Maybe it will be back soon.

You'll have to log into the Mobley's admin interface in order to look at the firmware version. All the label shows is what it shipped with.
