My brothers Mobley won't update to 1.0.1. any ideas?

Other than maybe resetting from time to time and keeping it connected. As I understand it I no way to force an update.

Yeah, that's what we thought too. Chat support said a store could. Yeah, right....

Best to monitor AT&T site. Last one I ordered it said order of stock in one place, order came with a late June expected delivery, shipped via FedEx, activated, the next day.

Same here. Seems they are in and out of stock very quickly.

I finally got some time to play with the Mobley. I just have it rigged to an old wall wart power supply and jumer wires.

Sitting on my desk I was at -112db and 3.09/.18 down/up
Moved it to the window sill -103db and 13.25/5.84
For reference my phone (Galaxy S6) is 3.56/4.23

My AT&T service is not the best here at home. Actually have a better signal out at the property I bought this for. Seems like this will work out well to avoid Windstream.

Was this the cheap bastard? On the second try, I got my $25 activation back.

Also, found a cheap (old transformer type) wall wart varies in voltage enough to keep the Mobley alive even with old firmware. It thinks the car is running.

I had a third thing, but forgot what it was....

Just got back from a cross country trip using my Mobley. Coverage was great, usually better than verizon.

AT&T appears to be getting back in stock, if anyone needs one better pick one up as they seem to go out of stock quick.
