How do I check the hydraulic pressure on a NH 1510? Where can I find pressure guages and where do I attach them? I've looked through the owner's manual and can't find that information. Any ideas?
don't often find over 2500 psi,
And what if you do find pressure that is over the 3K gauge?
you will know ahead of time what pressure range you are dealing with..
And what if you do find pressure that is over the 3K gauge?![]()

Guages come with quite a few different face sizes so the larger ones may be readable.
Then you must also take into account the accuray of the guage all the small differences may not mean much other than indication.![]()
If the 1510 is operating with a relief pressure above 3000psi, he has a lot of hydraulic oil on the ground somewhere, or in the crankcase.
High pressure fluids can be dangerous, so don't be negligent or distracted when you're working with it. If you do have an accident (fluid injected in your skin), it's time for an immediate trip to the hospital...do not delay!
Suspected pin hole leaks should be investigated by dragging a rag across the hose or fitting...pressures in excess of a few hundred PSI can inject fluid into your hand, higher pressures can amputate.

Oh now don't be going and injecting any common sense into all of this... can't have that.
It may be to late. Someone explained on the proper use of gauges and their ranges.![]()
