I will probably dip them in paraffin and wrap in paper when they arrive back.

I looked at my record book and I guess I had more than the estimated hours.
I had a total of 40+ hours. So I will swap - reverse every 40 hours and send second set out.
to be sharpened when appropriate.

I have a PATU DC40 chipper. I have put about 500 hours on it since I bought it used, and have never even thought about the blades. I can throw in a 5" oak, and it will slice it into slices perfect for an oak sandwich.
